Traductor End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developers of the Traductor application ("we", "our" or "Licensor"), regarding the use of the Traductor mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the App on devices owned or controlled by you, which comply with the specifications provided by the Licensor.
• Access and use the features of the App in accordance with the rules and conditions of use.
• Use the content provided through the App exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. License Restrictions

The license granted in section 1 is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App or any rights to the App to third parties.
• You may not copy (except for backup purposes), decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, modify, or create derivative works based on the App, any of its updates, or any part of the App.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices contained in the App.
• You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You may not use the App in ways that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or servers and networks associated with the App.

3. Ownership Rights

The App, including but not limited to: source code, design, functionality, graphics, logos, sounds, images, and other materials, is the property of the Licensor and is protected by copyright laws, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.

The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.

4. Updates

The Licensor may from time to time develop updates, improvements, or modifications to the App ("Updates"). This Agreement will govern any Updates provided to you by the Licensor that replace or supplement the App, unless such Update is accompanied by a separate license agreement, in which case the terms of that license agreement will apply.

The Licensor is not obligated to provide Updates or support for the App.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the App are only available after purchasing minute packages. Information about prices and payment terms is presented in the App.

All payments for using the App are processed through the appropriate payment systems (such as the App Store) and are governed by their terms and policies.

In-App purchases are non-refundable, except in cases provided by the policies of the respective payment systems or applicable law.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and strive to protect your personal data. Our Privacy Policy, available in the App, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information obtained from users. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, express or implied. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third party rights.

The Licensor does not warrant that:

• The App will meet your requirements;
• The App will operate without failure, securely, error-free, or without interruption;
• The results that may be obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable;
• Any errors in the App will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, business interruption, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any case, the total liability of the Licensor to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the App or its use.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you breach any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

10. Changes to the Agreement

The Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time at its discretion. In the event of material changes, the Licensor will notify you through the App or via the email address you provided.

By continuing to use the App after changes to this Agreement, you accept and agree to such changes.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
