Traductor Terms of Use

Please read these terms of use carefully before using the Traductor application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms of use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.
• You are at least 13 years old or you are using the App with the consent of your parents or legal guardians.
• Your use of the App does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you.

2. Description of Services

Traductor provides a platform for:

• Translating voice messages into various languages.
• Converting voice to text and vice versa.
• Purchasing minute packages for using the service.

The App operates on a prepaid model where users purchase minute packages to use translation features.

3. Account

3.1. Account Creation

To use all features of the App, you need to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Restricting access to your device and account.
• All activities that occur under your account.

3.3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account in the case of:

• Violation of these terms of use.
• Providing false information.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Using the App for illegal purposes.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1. Rates and Packages

The App offers the following minute packages:

• 30 minutes (basic package)
• 60 minutes (standard package)
• 120 minutes (premium package)

Package prices are listed in the App and may change. Current prices are always available in the purchases section.

4.2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through:

• App Store for iOS devices

We do not store your payment card data. All transactions are secured and processed by the respective payment systems.

4.3. Refund Policy

Purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases provided by applicable law or App Store policy. In case of technical issues with using purchased minutes, please contact our support service.

5. Rules of Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the App to send unwanted messages or spam.
• Provide materials for translation that contain harmful content, including insults, threats, obscenities, or discriminatory materials.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, databases, or other parts of the App infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to access the App without our written permission.
• Distribute malicious software through the App.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Our Intellectual Property

The App, including all its content, features, and functionality, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by us.

6.2. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your devices in accordance with these terms. You do not have the right to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Remove any copyright notices or other proprietary rights notices.
• Transfer, sublicense, or assign the rights granted to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of translations or speech recognition.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for using the App during the last 12 months.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to:

• Modify, add, or remove features of the App.
• Update or discontinue the App.
• Change these terms of use.

By continuing to use the App after changes to the terms, you agree to the updated terms.

9. General Provisions

9.1. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in a competent court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.3. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
